How Biased Sources May Still be Utillized

 Media bias, perceived or real, has become a defining feature of journalism today. It is important to understand that bias does not necessarily negate accuracy. Even sources that are deemed biased might produce informative and factually sound content. Due to this, we should all strive to be selective consumers of information rather than outright dismissive of the platform altogether. After discussing sources that I particularly enjoy utilizing, I believe it is important to discuss sources that I do not like and why. Fox News is a source heavily relied upon by conservatives. Their articles often use biased language, imagery, and manipulated titles to lure readers into potentially exaggerated information. Compared to center-aligned media sources like AP News, the politics portion of their site provides repetitive stories and even an entire section dedicated to Biden's "looming impeachment" which has not been talked about nearly as much by other sources.  Fox News is rated h...
